Answers to the questions we hear most often from new clients.
We work with a wide range: from Series B startups through to listed enterprises. The common thread is ambition — clients who are serious about growth and willing to commit the resources and internal engagement to make it happen. We don't have a minimum revenue threshold, but we do look for engagements where the challenge is substantive and the appetite for change is genuine.
Most of our engagements are scoped as fixed-fee projects, though we also support clients on retainer for ongoing advisory work. We price based on scope, team composition, and expected outcomes — not simply hours. After our discovery call, we'll send a detailed proposal that clearly outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment. We don't do hourly billing.
This varies considerably by scope. A focused brand or strategy sprint might run 6–8 weeks. A full transformation or platform build typically runs 6–18 months. We're honest about timelines from the start — we'd rather under-promise and over-deliver than the reverse. In our proposal, we always provide a phased timeline with clear milestones so you know exactly what to expect and when.
Yes — around 40% of our current portfolio is with clients headquartered outside Southeast Asia. We have offices in Singapore, Dubai, and London, and our team works across time zones as a matter of course. For strategy and advisory work, much of our collaboration is remote; for implementation and on-site engagement, we embed team members locally where needed.
Three things, in our clients' own words: we stay through implementation (not just delivery), our teams are led by senior practitioners rather than junior analysts, and we measure our success by what actually changes in your business — not by the quality of our presentations. We're not the right fit for every engagement, but when we are, the results tend to be distinctive. Our 98% client retention rate reflects that.
Absolutely — and we encourage it when the fit is uncertain. Many of our longest client relationships began with a focused 4–6 week diagnostic or sprint. This lets both sides assess working chemistry and calibrate expectations before committing to a larger program. We'll propose this structure when it makes sense during our discovery call.
